1. Introduction Eiron.ai, a product of Fluxion Tech Limited ("we," "us," or "our"), is committed to protecting the privacy of our users ("you" or "your") in the United States of America. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our iOS mobile application, Eiron.ai (the "App"). Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access the App.

2.1. Information You Provide

a. Apple Sign-in: When you register for an account using Apple Sign-in, we receive certain information from Apple, which may include:

User Identity: A unique identifier assigned by Apple to identify you.
User's Name: The name you provide in your Apple account.
User's Email Address: The email address associated with your Apple account.

We use this information to authenticate your account, personalize your experience, and communicate with you regarding the App's functionality and your user experience. The data we collect is only used for the purposes mentioned in this Privacy Policy, and we do not share your data with any third parties.

b. User-Generated Content: When you use the "Create Character" feature in the App, you may provide a name, greeting message, and select plots for your AI characters. This user-generated content is stored on our secure internal servers and may be visible to other users if you choose to make your characters public.

c. Character Creation Data: When you use the character creation template to create personalized AI characters, we may collect information about the character's story, personality, and other attributes you choose to include. This data is used to generate engaging and personalized chat experiences.

2.2. Information We Collect Automatically

a. User Behavior Analytics: We track user behavior within the App using our internally built analytics system. This information, such as your interactions with AI characters, swiping patterns (specifically swiping left), and feature usage, is used to improve the App's features, performance, and user experience. We do not use third-party analytics services.

b. Device Information: We may collect information about your device, such as your device type, operating system, and mobile network information.

c. Usage Information: We may collect information about how you use the App, such as the features you use, the pages you visit, and the time and date of your visits.

d. Cookies: The Eiron.ai iOS app does not use cookies. However, if we decide to implement cookies in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy accordingly and obtain your consent when required by applicable laws.

2.3. Third-Party SDKs and APIs

Except for Apple Sign-in, we do not use any other third-party SDKs or APIs in the Eiron.ai iOS app. All data collection and processing is handled internally by our own systems and servers.

b. We use the character creation data to generate engaging and personalized chat experiences tailored to your preferences and imagination.
c. We use the information collected through our internal analytics system to improve the App's features, performance, and user experience.
d. We may use aggregated, non-personal information for research and analysis purposes.
e. We use the swipe left and right feature to provide you with an easy way to navigate through the AI characters and their conversations, enhancing your user experience.
f. We have implemented a feature for you to directly access the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions during sign-up and confirm your acceptance before continuing, ensuring you are informed and agree to our data collection and usage practices.
g. We use our proprietary language model to generate text responses for the AI characters in the App. This language model is trained on carefully curated data to ensure engaging and appropriate conversations.

4. How We Share Information

4.1. Authorities and Others We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with legal obligations, protect and defend our rights or property, or act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of the App or the public.

4.2. Business Transferees

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity. We will notify you via email and/or a prominent notice in the App of any change in ownership or use of your information, as well as any choices you may have regarding your information.

We store all user data, including user-generated content, on our secure internal servers. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Where We Store Your Information The information we collect is stored and processed on servers located in the United States. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States.

Data Retention We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. When determining the appropriate retention period, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the information, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure, and the purposes for which we process the information.

9. Use by Minors The App is intended for users aged 18 and above. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. Our age gating mechanism is through confirmation that you are 18 or above during the sign-up process. If we become aware that a user under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the App. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
